Hello everyone!

It’s been a while since Luke Stevens and the Blood of St George was published and I’ve had a few messages asking if there will be a sequel.

The short answer is, yes!

The longer answer is, yes but I’m taking my time with it as I want to make it bigger and better than its predecessor!

To be honest, I’ve been struggling with writer’s block and a lack of inspiration. I have about 10,000 words (aiming for 40,000 more) so I’ve started, but there’s a long way to go.

As an independent author, I’ve struggled to reach as many people as I would have liked. Lots of people in the writing industry, including authors and influencers, have been incredibly supportive, but there are also those that have promised to help me and that hasn’t happened.

I’m aware that everyone’s busy and life can get in the way, but it’s incredibly disappointing and subsequently demoralising when people don’t follow through with their good intentions. I think it would be easier to take if people were either silent or honest!

Anyway, that’s my gripe for today. Thank you to those that have been in touch, those that have read book one and especially those that have taken the time to leave a review on Amazon or Goodreads.

Back to book 2. Now, just how many lifeboats were onboard the Titanic…
